Charming Homes provides an unrivaled 3 year warranty to give you peace of mind. We stand by our craftsmanship with confidence. It is important to us that you feel comfortable putting your home projects in our hands. We will always take care of our clients, you're protected.
What We Cover
Labor And Materials
If there is a mistake or error our team will come back to fix it no questions asked
Craftsmanship
Faulty products or improper application will be covered
Conveyable Warranty
If you are selling or moving your warranty can be transferred to the new occupant
What We Don't
Live In Wear And Tear
Abrasive cleaners or scuffs/scratches/dents from moving furniture, foot traffic etc. will not be covered
Unforeseen Damage
Water damage, fires, vandalism, negligence , temperature fluctuations, cracks from walls contracting and expanding, problems related to structural defects, moisture/ mildew damage, insect infestation etc. will not be covered
Previous Contractor Work
If it is required to apply a coating over a previous contractors work and our coating fails it will not be covered. if work is done by someone other than Charming Homes on something we've previously painted it will void the warranty
Client Provided Materials and Exact Paint Matches
Charming Homes cannot give our guarantee on brands which we do not supply. Due to the nature of paint we also cannot guarantee color matches will be the exact same as the old paint which will have faded over time
Charming Homes Warranty
Workmanship warranties such as this one are a great way to add value to your paint job or any contractors work. We only use products we trust with 25 year or limited life manufacturer warranties.
Note: For the warranty to be valid the original contract with proof of payment in full must be kept. A copy of the warranty will be issued to you via email.
